Your free of charge, no obligation, one to one consultation is one of the most important parts of your programme. It allows you to discuss your treatments of interest in depth, air any concerns you may have, outline your expectations and gives you an opportunity to ask as many questions as you wish as well as allowing us to get to know a little about you.

Although the majority of treatments are of a cosmetic nature, that may take only minutes.   Face Facts Medical Clinic treats every single case seriously.

Our treatments may only be minimally invasive but we still undertake rigorous procedures to ensure that all medical issues are taken into full consideration prior to any treatment. A full medical history is taken by the practitioner so no contrary indications are overlooked adhering to safe and ethical practice.

Treatment Procedure
Here you will be given a step-by-step account of what the procedure will entail and you will be given the opportunity to ask any questions.

Depending on the procedure, we may anaesthetise the area before commencing to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. All treatments are carried out in strict clinical environments.

During your treatment we continually ask for feedback on sensation and you are given constant reassurance.

Aftercare
Following your treatment your practitioner will reiterate any expected side effects and how to treat them, along with an aftercare sheet to take home with you.

As part of our customer care we have in place a 24 hour call back service for any post treatment concerns.
